With over 80 years’ experience between three directors, we at Storm Ventilation utilise all the good practices that we have picked up over the many years, and improve upon those that we may have felt could be better. We deliver what we believe to be practical and common-sense solutions to everyday business needs to help us achieve our goal of “the perfect customer service experience”.
We are single-minded in ensuring that everyone who joins the company from day one buys into our philosophy which is primarily and predominantly customer service focused. Of course, every company promises this, however to be certain that our employees buy into this cornerstone of our business, we have introduced our Storm Charter.
The Storm Charter delivers the standards that set us apart from our competitors. It runs through the core of our business. On the sales side it encompasses everything, emphasising in particular how we cannot just be another distributor in the market – if we were, why would customers switch to using us? To make that difference we encourage innovation from our staff, focussing on making life easier for customers, having a flexible, agile approach and a real will to go that extra distance for the people who matter. One sentence sums this up – “Customer satisfaction isn’t enough.” Everyone in our company from ourselves, managers, salespeople, drivers and warehouse staff totally buy into this and we will not employ anyone who doesn’t.
An important part of our success so far has been the support of our suppliers. This isn’t by accident. One of our key strategies was and will continue to be, is to work closely with the suppliers at Director and branch level. Our approach is that any customer/supplier relationship only works if it is mutually beneficial. This collaborative approach is another aspect helping us to develop into one of the major forces in our market to date, with seven branches already trading at this point in our growth. We aren’t stopping there. Plans are already forming for further expansion to build on the momentum we have.
We’re proud of where we are and proud of our staff, but everyone in Storm Ventilation knows that we are only just starting.
